It's spring time again and we are getting ready for our annual volunteer day at Smith Rock. We tend to get about 200 people each year to help with various projects throughout the park. This year we got a grant from The American Alpine Club to help us pay for the purchase of wood and rebar to work on the steps leading up to the climbing areas in the main part of the park.  This is the 20th year that climbers have been volunteering with the park. Project sign up is 8am to 10am in the parking lot. In the evening we feed all the volunteers, have a slide show and auction/raffle. Come on out and join us if you are in town.
