Testing with Marzocchi was supposed to be a nice trip taking us away from the snow to get a good couple of days on the bike.
Proper Preparation - Part 1 - Tahnée Seagrave
Five Ten athlete Danny Hart was down in San Romolo the week before us him and his mechanic Dave had said the weather was great and we would love it. We must have been the only people to be hit by the storm! As we drove into San Romolo the weather turned and as we drove out 2 days later the sun started shining - what does that tell you! Having said this, it was great to get out on the bike... the new suspension felt amazing and even with the weather the rocky tracks were running hard and fast. I am still recovering from a shoulder injury and although it felt great these couple of days, the World Cup in South Africa is a little too early. Our plans are to have me at 100% fitness and all other things in order for the first European round of the IXS in early May then round 2 of the World Cup at Val di Sole late May
