If you get a chance check out my new book, The Essential Guide to Mountain and Trials Unicycling.  It has stories, instruction, and 250+ beautiful photos of riding all over the world, it's both a how-to guide and a visual showcase of the diversity of this sport.  Climber/author/mountain unicyclist John Long wrote the forward.  If you've ever wondered what this sport is really all about or are looking for the perfect climbing rest day activity, this book is a great way to find out.

The book will be available at unicycle specialty stores worldwide by late April (e.g. unicycle.com and their dealers), and Mountain Equipment Co-op in Canada.

For more info and to download a preview, check the website at www.gradientpress.com. You can subscribe with your email address if you want to be reminded when the book comes out.
