So we (the Calgary Climbing Center Adult Team) appeared on a local breakfast television show this morning. It was pretty good except for the crazy early start this morning, having to arrive at the gym at 7am and then proceed to do monkey tricks and show off problems for the people of Calgary to get their days ready at the sight of.

And then tonight we had team training and with that we transitioned into a new training regime. For the last month we have been doing strength training which included weighted sets on the systems wall (crimps then pinches), 12 second chin-ups (also weighted), perfecto climbing problems, fly's and push-ups on gymnastic rings and then finishing the day with a 20 minutes ab conditioning work out. It has been awesome and I feel tight lately. Its a good feeling to get back into shape after taking the summer off.
Only two weeks left in school and I am looking forward to Christmas break so much!! I can't wait to eat and sleep and eat and sleep.
