Just got news that a winter storm is soon to roll into Colorado and blanket the Boulder area with snow! Winter is on its way and I am getting pretty excited about it. I have spent the last few days getting all my winter gear together and making sure that it is in working order. RMNP is already getting snow every now and again and hopefully climbs start to soon form up. Hopefully this winter turns out to be an eventful one. I hope to get down to Ouray a few times, especially for the world famous ice fest! Also on the agenda is a possible December or January trip to J-Tree with some friends from Michigan, which would be awsome since I have never climbed in J-tree. I also may be making a weekend pilgrimage back to the good ol' U.P. for the 2012 Michigan ice fest. I will keep updating as these trips get closer and start to happen. Have a good one and stay safe!
