"Bivering", revisited

"Bivering", revisited

November 03, 2010 -  Lisa Hathaway

Well, sighhh, the bivering season may be over in Moab for the year. :-((( It was wayyyy too fun to be able to boulder in the searing-hot desert in the summer! But somehow, I just don't see myself jumping back into the Colorado river now that the overnight lows are dipping into the 30s.

Here is a video of footage shot at Gold Bar by Jason at Metolius Climbing.

The editing was done by GoPro who make super cool little cameras that can attach to, well, just about anything and can go underwater! I have had friends use GoPro to document jumps, dives, kayaking forays etc.—these little beauties shoot nice video and seem super bomber! http://www.goprocamera.com/

(BTW, if inquiring minds are wondering, the figure 4, though oh-so-cool to deploy, did not prove to be the key to unlock the sequence! booo! ;-))
