Team Vertical Hold, is from Vertical Hold Sport Climbing Center in San Diego, CA. Team VH practices three times a week, and embraces newcomers with tremendous enthusiasm. Team VH believes in camaraderie within the climbing community and can often be found passing beta along throughout the gym. In addition to gym climbing and competitions, Team VH loves to climb outside and participate in local crag clean ups!
