I graduated from Redwood high school in Marin, CA in 2004. I attended College of Marin for 2 years, and graduated valedictorian of my class of 2008 from Humboldt State University. I started slacklining in 2004, it was my favorite hobby in 2005, my lifestyle in 2006, and since then it has pretty much absorbed me entirely. I have helped establish modern day competitive tricklining, winning or placing on the podium at all of the biggest slackline competitions in the world since 2008. Including world championship titles of 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. I also have been at the forefront of the world of highlining since 2008, when i walked the first 50m highline, full man. In 2009 i walked the first 60m highline, full man. In 2010 i walked the first 100m highline, full man. I have also been training free solo highlining since 2006. Since 2006 i have walked around 100 different highlines freesolo. 55 of those being in 2011 alone, and 2 of those being back to back world records within the last 14 months. 1st being Shakes Mcgee (132ft long, 100ft high) and the 2nd being The Great Bongzilla (177ft long, 200ft high). I started BASE jumping in 2009 and now have nearly 200 jumps. These include 4 different BASElines, where i slackline free solo, and BASE jump off the slackline. I hold the Guinness World Record for fastest slackline surfing (143 surfs, wider than a meter, on a 20m+ highline in 60 seconds), which i set in Italy in march 2011, and broke in china Oct 2011.
